Orders & acceptance

Placing an order submits a request to purchase the selected items. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may contact you about an item that is unavailable, an incorrect listing, a payment issue, or information needed to complete fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment collected for unfulfilled items will be returned using an appropriate refund method, subject to applicable law.

To request an order correction or cancellation, contact support promptly. Once an order enters fulfillment, modifications may no longer be possible.

Prices & offers

Prices are presented at checkout in the displayed currency. The amount due, including any applicable taxes or charges, will be shown before order submission. We may correct inadvertent pricing or product-information errors subject to applicable consumer law.

Email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount without a code, and the benefit is not limited to their first order. Selected promotional products receive an automatic 20% discount without a code. Discounts are applied according to the store's checkout rules and the promotion applicable to the items. Unless expressly stated, multiple offers should not be assumed to stack.

Payment & security

Shipping & delivery

Somelle provides free shipping on all products and an estimated delivery time of 3–5 calendar days. The estimate may be affected by address accuracy, carrier performance, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are not an absolute guarantee of arrival on a particular date. Customers can follow order progress through our order tracking page. Please notify support promptly about a missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered order.

Returns & exchanges
